Derel Monteith Trio

After a number of years as a freelance sideman, he established the Derel Monteith Trio, in which Derel’s piano combines with bass and drums to create a high-impact, free-wheeling mix of jazz standards, Derel’s original compositions, and British rock covers. The trio makes a strong connection by infusing its diverse repertoire with enough groove, blues, and energy to lead listeners to the sense of freedom and escape that arises from memorable musical experience.

Derel has accompanied jazz luminaries such as Nnenna Freelon, Vanessa Rubin, Frank Foster, and the Artie Shaw Orchestra, and has studied piano and composition with Maria Schneider, Jim McNeely, Ron Miller, Vince Maggio, and Frank Kimbrough.

Sardinia Through Wine

Samuel Vanegrift of Connoisseur Wines and Chef Dustin Allen team up for the first time in 2019 to dive into the middle of the Mediterranean Sea and to the Italian Island of Sardinia. We will be highlighting Pala Wines with a 6-course dinner featuring many of their beautiful wines and the unique character they take on from the beautiful and diverse terrain and climate of Sardinia. $100/Guest Reservations Required

Trading 4’s: A Night of Improv Wine Food and Jazz

There is something magical when professionals get together and let their instinct drive their creativity. This wine dinner is designed just for this reason. Chef Dustin and Ian Louisignau of Maverick Wines are going to create both the Food and Wine Pairing as the dinner goes playing off each course before to create a truly one of a kind Wine Dinner accompanied by Live improv Jazz throughout the Evening. $125/Guest Limited to 30 Guest Reservations Required
